Rust-Oleum Return Policy:
All shipping or product performance claims are handled on a case-by-case basis and accepted at Rust-Oleum’s discretion.
To complete a return, you must first contact us to receive an authorization. Any product returned without Rust-Oleum Customer Support authorization will not be refunded.
For order related issues, we offer returns within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to provide you with a return or refund of purchased material.
To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in re-sellable condition. The customer/purchaser is responsible for the return shipping costs. The customer/purchaser agrees to pay a restocking fee of 15% of the return value.
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, you can expect a credit, minus any applicable fees, to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Reporting Missing or Damaged Items:
If your order is missing an item or items or your order has a damaged item or items, you have 5 days from your delivery date (based on our shipper tracking information) to report it to the Rust-Oleum Product Support Team. After 5 days have passed from when the shipper tracking information shows successful delivery, we will not accept a claim relating to damaged or missing goods from that order.
Order Cancellations:
Orders that have been shipped are NOT able to be cancelled. Orders that have been placed and not shipped can be cancelled and refunded.
