Rust-Oleum Corporation Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Rust-Oleum Corporation RUST-O.COM Loyalty Program (the "Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). The Program is offered at the sole discretion of Rust-Oleum Corporation (“Rust-Oleum”, "we", "us", "our"). Participation in the Program is subject to these Terms as well as our general Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy , which are incorporated herein (collectively, the “Program Terms”). The rewards are provided in connection with use of the Rust-Oleum website, www.Rust-O.com .

2. Membership Eligibility

2.1.   Membership in the Program is free and available to individuals who are at least 18 years old.

2.2.   To enroll in the Program, you must create an account on our website.

2.3.   Each member is entitled to only one account. Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all points.

3. Earning Points

3.1.   Points are earned based on purchases made through the RUST-O.COM website. The rate at which points are earned may vary based on promotional activities.

3.2.   Points may also be earned through special promotions, contests, or other Program activities.

3.3.   Rust-Oleum reserves the right to adjust the points earning rate, available activities, and/or conditions at any time.

4. Redeeming Points

4.1.   Points can be redeemed for rewards such as discounts on future purchases, free products, or other benefits as specified by Rust-Oleum.

4.2.   The points required for each reward and the available rewards will be detailed on our website and may change without prior notice.

4.3.   Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4.4.   Points may only be redeemed by the account holder and are not transferable.

5. Expiration and Forfeiture of Points

5.1.   Points will expire twelve (12) months from the date they are earned unless otherwise specified.

5.2.   If there is no account activity (earning or redeeming points) for [Y] consecutive months, your points may be forfeited.

6. Account Termination and Modification

6.1.   Rust-Oleum reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your participation in the Program if we believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or acted in a manner detrimental to the Program.

6.2.   Rust-Oleum reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Program, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice.

7. Privacy

7.1.   Personal information collected in connection with the Program will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1.   Rust-Oleum will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the termination, modification, unavailability or suspension of the Program or your participation therein.

8.2.   Rust-Oleum is not responsible for points or rewards lost due to fraudulent or unauthorized use of your account.
